Single-Unit Single-Axis Positioner Workstation

Single unit with single shaft positioner workstation.

Suitable for rectangular flat workpiece welding, workpiece only need to turn ±180 degrees to weld all welds.

TIG welding, MIG welding, laser welding and other welding systems can be configured.

The system can be matched with laser tracking system to realize the compensation of workpiece group deviation, and ensure the welding position is accurate even if the workpiece has deviation in group.

Applicable workpiece size range: 2000*800*300mm*(length * width * height).

The workstation can be double-station layout. When one station carries out upper and lower workpieces, the other station robot carries out welding operations, which improves the use efficiency of the equipment.

Robots with different arm spans can be configured according to workpiece requirements.

Due to different workpiece parameters, robot workstation products are non-standard products, which can be customized according to workpiece parameters.
