Single-Unit L-Shaped Positioner Workstation

Single unit with L-type positioner workstation.

It is suitable for automatic welding of small workpieces which need to be turned over on multiple sides before welding all welds.

TIG welding, MIG welding, laser welding and other welding systems can be configured.

The system can be matched with laser tracking system to realize the compensation of workpiece group deviation, and ensure the welding position is accurate even if the workpiece has deviation in group.

Applicable workpiece size range: 1000*1000*100mm*(length * width * height).

Robots with different arm spans can be configured according to workpiece requirements.

Due to different workpiece parameters, robot workstation products are non-standard products, which can be customized according to workpiece parameters.
